This week, our school celebrated Maths Week Ireland.🧮 Primary 2 explored the 'Dino Maths' poster and discussed what they could see. Through our discussion we covered topics like identyfing objects, number and counting, spatial awareness and positional language.
P2A took part in a 2D and 3D shape walk around our school! 🔺🔷⭕️ We also took part in our weekly set maths circuit which includes 4 different stations. All focused on the topic of measure as we identified and labelled items as 'longer' and 'shorter'. Well done P2!!🌟
