We're going on a winter walk!
We dressed up warm with our hats, coats and scarves.
Our fruit trees were bare, the leaves had fallen off. The holly and our Christmas tree still had their leaves...they are evergreen.
The birds had eaten the last berries and apples from our fruit trees. We are glad they found some food in winter time! We also made some bird feeders for them to peck on.
Our pond was frozen! We touched the ice and could feel the cold through our gloves. It was smooth and slippery!
When we got back, we had some hot chocolate to warm ourselves up!
