Nursery had a wonderful time at Grangewater Farm in Desertmartin!
We saw goats and their kids, geese and their goslings, ducks and their ducklings, pigs, turkeys, a peacock and many other animals.
We learned how the animals are looked after on the farm and had a lovely walk around . We saw how the goose and gander protect their goslings . We saw the turkey and peacock show off their beautiful feathers. We saw how the goats love to climb and play.
Then we played and climbed on the big wooden tractor play area.
We worked up a big appetite and enjoyed our picnic lunch!
