Today Primary 6 thoroughly enjoyed their interactive learning experiences with the very talented Scottish author, Stuart Reid. Stuart enlisted the help of the children to dramatise some scenes from his books. He also presented a creative writing workshop, where the children were given lots of ideas for their own creative writing, such as: gleaning ideas from the world around them, writing about what they know and love, using extended dialogue and writing from a wide variety of genres. What a wonderful day we had! Thank you to all who made it happen.
