P7 trip to Emerald Park 🎢 🌧

What a day! 
We set off full of excitement to Emerald Park on Thursday... unfortunately the weather was not on our side! We tried our best to ignore the heavy rain and made a start on the rollercoasters but after one or two rides the heavy rain caused a power cut meaning all rides stopped working. 😥  
The children were fantastic - they tried so hard to enjoy themselves and were very accepting of the decision to return home early. A stop at Applegreen on the way home was definitely needed and everyone enjoyed their meal.🍔 

This was definitely not the day we had hoped for our Primary 7 pupils but we will hopefully get a treat sorted before the end of term! 😊
