P7C loved participating in the Maths Week Ireland Target Board competition this week! Each day there was a different target and 9 numbers provided. Pupils had to use the four operations to make the number and competed against other schools around Ireland. Lots of calculations and a competitive class meant that we finished in the top 10 four days this week and placed 6th overall! 👏 #proudteacher
Each pupil also choose a Maths Role Model and researched how this person uses maths in their lives. Have a look at these examples!
