Primary 4C came up with lots of lovely ideas to help us relax - Autumn walks, riding our bikes, listening to music, having a chat, take 5 breaths, playing, drawing and Reading were just some great ideas we came up with in Class to help us switch off and relax ourselves 🧘♀️ 🧘♂️ 💕
